Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all lenses, cables, manuals, and protective caps are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
